Every investigation begins with listening. Tell us what has been happening, where it occurs, how often it happens, and who has experienced it. This may include unexplained sounds, shadows, movement, voices, electrical activity, unusual feelings, photos, videos, audio clips, or repeated patterns within the location.
We take each report seriously while also understanding that not every experience is automatically paranormal. Your story helps us begin with context, care, and respect.
2.2. Initial Consultation & Case Review
Once you share your experience, our team will review the information and reach out to discuss your concerns in greater detail. We may ask additional questions about the history of the location, previous experiences, environmental conditions, and any evidence you have collected.

Our team carefully reviews any photographs, video recordings, audio files, environmental readings, and documented observations collected during the investigation.
We examine potential evidence for natural explanations, technical interference, environmental influences, and other contributing factors before considering unexplained possibilities.
Not every unusual sound, image, or reading is evidence of paranormal activity. We believe responsible investigating means questioning our findings, reviewing the facts, and being transparent about what we can and cannot explain.
6. Sharing Our Findings
After reviewing the collected information, our team will contact you to discuss the results of the investigation.
We will explain what was documented, identify any reasonable explanations, and discuss anything that remains unexplained. When applicable, we may share relevant photographs, recordings, or other findings from the investigation.
We believe you deserve clear, honest answers rather than exaggerated claims or unnecessary fear.
